When the office is open
To reach our office staff, request an appointment and get medical advice, call the office at 1-508-576-5010 or skip the phone and send a secure message using the Spruce app. A member of our team will return your call or message during office hours.
Messages can also be sent through the patient portal at any time. We will make every effort to answer these messages quickly but please be aware that responses to portal messages may not be answered before the end of the day.
After Hours
Urgent questions and medical advice
Call the office at 1-508-576-5010 and choose the option to be connected to the after-hours team.
Non-urgent questions and advice, laboratory results and appointments
Please restrict cals to our after-hours team to truly urgent concerns. For all non-urgent medical questions, lab results, or to schedule an appointment, please send a message through the patient portal or the Spruce app and our staff will respond when the office is open the following business day.
Medication refills
Please request refills through the patient portal or by calling your pharmacy. Allow 48 hours for refills to be processed. We do not process refills after hours.
